From there, we’ll provide guidance on repair, replacement or next steps based on what’s appropriate for your specific situation.

Vienna Jewellers offers a 6-month warranty that covers manufacturing faults. This includes issues caused by how the piece was made, for example problems related to construction, setting integrity due to manufacturing error, or similar workmanship defects. The warranty does not replace the need for proper jewellery care. Normal wear and damage caused by misuse, accidents, chemical exposure or improper cleaning is not considered a manufacturing fault.
